This listing is for 1 random 1998 Vending Series sheet. Each sheet contains 3-4 Pokemon cards. These sheets are fresh from a factory sealed box! Condition of cards are MINT / NEW. Vending sheets include complete sets of Series 1 & Series 3. Vending Series was released in Japan only, thus, many cards included are Japanese exclusive artwork!
The Vending Machine cards are a series of special collections for the Pokémon Trading Card Game released in Japan. The vending machine cards were distributed in 1998 from vending machines around Japan. Unlike regular expansions, where a player would receive a number of cards from a booster pack, these cards were only obtainable on randomized sheets from a Vending Machine from which the cards were peeled. The cards are printed on glossy card stock, unlike the regular matte card stock. Many of the cards included were not released outside of Japan.
